Fantastic staff, accommodating and friendly. Nice place to stay. Good value for location. Simple but warm breakfast, made to order. Allowed the use of microwave and kitchen. location. Some staff were friendly.

The hotel is located in a central area with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The Christmas decorations were lovely and gave off a festive atmosphere. The staff were accommodating and provided extra blankets upon request.
The room was in poor condition with peeling wallpapers and a dirty bathroom. The breakfast options were limited and unappetizing.

The breakfast was a nice treat. It was yummy and always made to order. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. , the hotel is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do during our city break. We were able to walk just about everywhere, which was awesome.
The condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The rooms could use some updating, as they appeared old and outdated.
